Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan
Request for Proposal. Closes Monday, November 7, 2011 at 5:00 PM.
Additional Information:

• The completed plan must comply with CalTrans BTA requirements
• The target completion date for the plan is February 2012
• There is no limit on the number of references that may be included in a proposal
• There is no limit on the number of pages that may be included in a proposal
• City GIS data will be made available for preparation of the plan (aerial photography was flown in 2007)
• Any consultant selection interviews will occur between November 7, 2011 and November 21, 2011
• Workshops may be combined with any required public meeting for adoption of the plan (Traffic Commission, Planning Commission, City Council)
