Planning Commission

Overview

The Planning Commission is responsible for advising the City Council and Community Development Department on all matters pertaining to the growth and development of the City.

Meetings

1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, 6:00 pm in the City Council Chambers. Special meetings may be called as needed.

Televised Broadcasts

Meetings are televised live on Arroyo Grande's government access channel 20 and then rebroadcast each day for one week at 9:00 a.m., 6:00 p.m., and 1:00 a.m. and the following Thursday and Sunday immediately following the rebroadcast City Council meeting. Public education programs and an ongoing bulletin board providing information on City services and programs are also aired on channel 20.
