The City has recently restructured its organization to consolidate operations in order to increase efficiency while improving service levels. The new structure has combined administrative, development review and maintenance staff into common departments in order to reduce costs by consolidating functions, to enhance service by providing one-stop customer service areas, and to increase productivity by cross training staff.
