ARROYO GRANDE - A BBQ Fundraiser to support youth scholarships and recreation equipment for the City of Arroyo Grande Recreation Services Department is scheduled for Friday, May 7th, 2021, from 4:30-6:30pm at LifePoint Church, 207 Pilgrim Way. The BBQ dinner will be prepared by the Arroyo Grande Lions Club and includes tri-tip, beans, bread, salad, cookies, and a drink all for $15! The Recreation Services Department continues to provide essential services and programs to keep community members active and engaged. Since the COVID pandemic began in March 2020, the Department has offered child care, fitness classes such as Zumba, Yoga, and is now preparing for the addition of youth and adult sports leagues. The Recreation Department is evolving daily and continues to provide opportunities for community members to connect in meaningful ways.
