[ARCHIVED] Socially Distanced Walk-in Movie Night Cancelled - Other Fun Activities Scheduled

Halloween 2020

ARROYO GRANDE, CA -  Due to new COVID-19 guidance provided by the State regarding gatherings, the Movie Night originally scheduled for October 30th, 2020 at Soto Sports Complex has been cancelled.

In an effort to continue to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keep the Arroyo Grande community safe, the Recreation Services Department encourages people of all ages to participate in the many virtual Halloween activities offered including a Scarecrow Contest sponsored by the Harvest Festival, a Costume Contest, and the Mayor’s Challenge House Decorating Contest.

The City of Arroyo Grande will continue to monitor County Public Health guidelines and interpretations of State policies to ensure the community’s health and compliance. Community members who have purchased tickets will be contacted and refunded.

The Recreation Services Department is evolving daily and continues to provide opportunities for community members to connect with family members and neighbors in meaningful ways. Visit the Recreation website (https://www.arroyogrande.org/168/Recreation-Services) for activities and ideas or join the #agrec team on social media today to find out how you can stay connected!
