This public comment period is an invitation to members of the community to present issues, thoughts, or suggestions on matters not scheduled on this agenda. Comments should be limited to those matters that are within the jurisdiction of the Parks and Recreation Commission. The Brown Act restricts the Commission from taking formal action on matters not published on the agenda.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Recommended Action: Approve the minutes of the May 23, 2016, June 20, 2016, and September 18, 2017  meetings.

6.a.

CONSIDERATION OF TRAFFIC COMMISSION APPOINTMENT TO THE COMMUNITY SERVICE GRANT PANEL

Recommended Action: It is recommended that the Traffic Commission appoint one Committee Member and one alternate to serve as a representative on the Community Service Grant Panel.
6.b.

CONSIDERATION OF PARKING RESTRICTION ADJACENT TO THE COMMUNITY MAILBOX AT 794 CARDINAL COURT

Recommended Action:  It is recommended that the Traffic Commission direct staff to restrict parking within 7.5 feet each side (15 feet total) of the community mailbox located at 794 Cardinal Court.
6.c.

CONSIDERATION OF PARKING RESTRICTION ADJACENT TO THE LINDA VISTA CONDOS AT 167 BRISCO ROAD

Recommended Action:  It is recommended that the Traffic Commission direct staff to restrict parking adjacent to the driveway at the Linda Vista Condos as allowed by engineering standard 7410.
