Senior Fitness - Mondays and Wednesdays
A low impact recreational exercise program using chairs with optional standing exercises. Designed to maintain and improve joint mobility, muscle tone, bone strength, posture and balance. People with arthritis and other limitations learn to improve their overall health and physical fitness. Routines include hand weights, stretch bands, and endurance activities for cardiovascular health. Each class ends with a relaxation exercise.*Optional use of hand weights and stretch bands, equipment not provided.
Fee: $4 per class* 4 & 8 class punch cards available
Instructor: Gayle Cuddy, Arthritis Foundation Certified

After registration a punch card will be mailed to you. Please allow 7-10 business days. Please take punch card with you to each class or proof of purchase. The instructor will punch your card each time you attend. Additional punch cards can be purchased online or at the Recreation Services office.
