The General Plan and Development Code Update is a monumental opportunity to shape the future of Arroyo Grande. Through the Update process, the City and consulting team of Mintier Harnish, with input from the public and stakeholders will consider many new, goals and policies for existing elements such as housing, economic development, traffic and circulation, safety, and more to ensure Arroyo Grande is positioned to achieve its vision for the future. The update will also introduce new topics such as environmental justice and policies to encourage a healthy community.
